Hello..I am wondering which binaural I should use..obviously i'm trying to find one that will let me go as deep as possible without sleeping..I'm trying to get a furry file to work so it's important I go deep. The one I'm currently using that is ok is this. Frequency starts at 20 Hz, falls to 7.83 Hz in 10 minutes, stays constant for 15 minutes and rises back to 16 Hz in 5 minutes. Is that a good one? Or are there better ones out there? I'm interested in calimore's binaural but he doesn't say what Hz it is though..and also i have the induction (or rather just took the last min or so of lutz's bubble induction where it just played the binaural and no words and duplicated it into a 30 min binaural)..what wavelength is that one and is that a sliding one or does that one stay the same?
