To you it might be percived as real (Idon't know, I haven't tried the file) but my instincts tell me that it is imagined. It depends on what you mean by "in the mind". You might go "Oh, hypnosis can make me see a womb!" or "Oh, hypnosis gave me a womb!"

:twisted: I've listened to it a few times. It is supposed to cause a physical change. This means that you really do develop a functioning womb. It's just your genitals that are supposed to change. :twisted:
