Working with the wife on entering trance, trying to find a good induction file to start with.

Any suggestions for a good, simple, test suggestion file? Something that will help demonstrate that the trance is working, but not be overly complicated?

A freeze trigger is relatively easy to set up, and quite obvious when it works. Just remember to include suggestions about how trying to move just makes her body more rigid, and the more the tries, the more impossible it becomes to move.
