Ok, I am having some trouble with almost all post-hypnotic suggestions. With cursedplugs I feel them completly while in a trance but after it just fades. Also with the LRHousecat It only lasts for a few minutes after waking up :(

My advice is to keep trying. The more times you listen to a file, the better it usually works, and the longer the effects of it will be.

This is general advice. The results that YOU are able to feel might be less than what many others will experience - or more! :lol:

Be patient and listen at least once every day - or every time you feel like it, which could be several times a day.
