Well Maybe you can put together a package filled up with mp3 for noobies. I mean that will eliminate a lot of questions and prolly help alot of people out.

Another thing that could be done and be a lot more simple would be to just make a sticky topic that says "Files recommended for beginners" for all the recommendations to go in, that way you get the recommendations but there doesn't need to be any gigantic .zip file or anything.
