more detailed instructions for submitting stories

i finally built up the courage to post a story. I go to "post a story" and the first thing i see is: (HTML is fine, but double check those URLs and HTML tags!).

Now, maybe i'm just a complete internet noob, but i didn't submit my story because i was afraid i'd do something wrong and my story would show up as a butchered jumble of words, or not at all. It also made me wonder if other people had been scared away by this. It's just a concern i think could be easily fixed, and fixing it could possibly increase the number of stories submitted.

you can post your story as simple text and it will work just fine and will not get all jumbled up. The html instructions are for people wanting to do something more complicated.
