New file type suggestion: Oneshot

I feel like there is a missing section for those files where it work once.
i.e. not trigger, not train, not curse... just work for a while after you listen to the file.
For example:
- TickleTorture
- Complete24HourBaby
- DeprogramTrig
- DeProgramAll
- Donate (unless it's a train one?)
- EroticDreams
- ....

Also, it would be nice if there was a mailing list for the new files :D

I'll think about that, but it may stay as "other" I do like the idea of building a mailing list for file announcements, I may add that to my list of TTD.
