Shouldn't some of the new files be available now?

It seems to me like emg was going to release some of the premium files for us poor and/or cheap people after three months, well some of them have been premium for just 3 months but aren't available to download, did I miss something or are these going to be available? Anyway any input would be appreaceated.

has whatever auto-updater adds the files to the free list been updated yet? so that it will announce when the files have gone from premium to ree?
