Unable to view my inbox messages

I have 32 messages in my inbox that are not showing. It clearly says I have them in my user panel, but when I view them nothing in my messages. Please help

This probably relates to when we moved from the old site to the new one several years back. I can investigate or I can purge your inbox but they may or may not still exist.
