Not sure if this belongs in this forum, but it's anyone experiencing messages not going to users? I have two that are stuck in my outbox, and are not going into sent. ..

Can anyone help with this?

This is not actually a bug(although it may represent some REALLY bad labeling). Messages in the Outbox are messages that have not been read by their intended recipient. The Sent box represents messages that were received. It's kinda stupid but the software is old.
