Strange message received when posting to Success Stories

When I have posted to Success Stories lately, I have received a message that the post fail to ... well, post.

Each time the post showed up when I opened a new tab to check on the Forum thread I was posting to.

I don't think I'm doing something wrong ... but this is confusing.

This may be fixed now, please tell me if it happens again.
