Ok, here's the deal, I could use a few moderators for some of the forums. Specifically Feminization, Diapers, and Idle Chatter. To qualify you have to be at least a regular and want the job. If you would like a new Forum(and are willing to moderate the same) drop a note here and I'll see what I can do. There are VERY few topics I consider taboo so don't be afraid to ask.

What about for the other forums??

I'd wonder what you'd think about a Jock Forum? It doesn't get tons of posts yet, but it seems to be the, or at least one of the most read treads in the File Help forum.

I wouldn't mind moderating it either, but i'm not sure what all being a moderator entails.

At this time I read all the posts in the other forums so it's my job :) but I'd probably consider volunteers there as well.

Basically keeping the forum under control, keeping people on topic, notifying me if anyone is posting unrelated links, starting flame wars or spamming. you'll have the authority to delete posts and ban members, but you have to keep a level head.

Yeah, I would take the idel chatter, if you need me. After a while, when the other forums get out of control (if they ever do), could I upgrade and work as a mod with you??

I just realized why you need mods on just those forums. It's because you don't want to do them, isn't it? Well, I can't help with the feminization and diapers. So tell me if you want me for Idle Chatter.

Actually, I don't mind doing them, but as things pick up and as my own life gets busy I may not have the time so I thought I'd think ahead. If you want them they're yours. I'll set you up for all 3. and with that I have moderation for all my forums.

I would like to do either Fem, or Diaper.

At the moment we have moderators for every forum. So as more are added I'll let people know what's available. as they come open.

Hey, I wouldn't even mind doing the fem and Diaper ones, as I'm kinda fascinated by that shit. I live in Australia, so my time zone's different to you though, still, if you need any help just let me know, I'd be glad to.
