One thing you should probably mention is that you need to to right click on the file name itself to download it. Took me about 10 minutes to figure that out when I first joined and I only found out after I asked in the chatroom.

The FAQ is pretty informative as it is, though I do think a glossary would be very helpful, and would probably cut down on those kinds of questions in the chatroom (though I don't really mind answering them, as others in there might have the same questions, but just haven't asked). You might want to mention that there are usually a couple of people that are in the chatroom willing to help those with questions.

One more thing that would be very helpful (to me, at any rate) is a way to differentiate whether the user is a male or female when their profile is clicked. Also, for those that do want privacy, or not for their gender to not be revealed, the could be an option for that, as well.
