An error has occured when uploading

I get this message everytime I finish upload a file and it doesn't upload it at all:
An error has occured.
Unknown error. Please contact the webmaster.

Ok, that's not good so lets start simple. What type of files are you trying to upload(txt, mp3 etc) and what browser are you using. Also check and let me know the size of the file in question. I'll check things on my end and make sure it still works.

Just a quick follow-up. It appears that my web host broke the upload system. There is nothing wrong at your end. I have contacted them and hope to have it working soon.
