You might be able to get by by adding a small icon EMG, one for M/F/Unisex, for those of use who are occasionally textually challenged.

Some of us do note in the file descriptions whether a file is meant for a man, a woman, a catgirl, whichever. Still, a category for gender would help filter some of that stuff out.
