Does the video counter work?

Postby ocntrl » September 11th, 2010, 7:36 am

I uploaded a video and someone must have watched it because the rated it. The download counter stays at 0 though. Technically you don't download the file, but it would be nice to see the number of views.

What did you do to upload this?

Postby chewtoy » September 22nd, 2010, 6:59 am

I can't get the server to let me upload .flv files. Or anything whose extension isn't .mp3, .txt, or .ogg. The online docs for jwplayer suggest that it will work with "anything Adobe Media Player will handle," which means .flv should be a safe choice, so I re-encoded my video in that... but now I can't upload it, and I wonder what I'm doing wrong...

Currently WMM accepts mp3, avi, mov. I'll see about updating the site to be specific.
