Help a new master out?

I just started being an online dom and I'm wondering if I can get some tips from other online masters(note: I'm a guy and I'm only into sub women).

Also, I was wondering if some online masters here would be kind enough to either post pics or make your female slave(s) post pics of your handiwork. I haven't done this online before so I'de like to see just how effective hypnosis, programming, and even brainwashing can be online (Yes I am aware that there is a gallery but you don't know for sure if a slave posted it or just a wannabe).
