Hello my names rob, i've been listing to some hypno recording for a while things like triggres, and sugestions. When i've triggred myself they seem to work and tilll now its been fun but i dont know if i am makeing the best use of all of my triggres, and hypnosis. SO im looking for someone to triggre me or hypnotize me and try it out maybe some binding or humalting situations something we could talk about through e-mail.

Are these triggers that would work over email? I don't have much time but your request seems doable, but be aware I'm not a tist
