I am curious how you could do it.. after all a text is no where as effective a an mp3 and even less so than in person...

Actually some of my best results have been via text hypnosis. You'd be surprised how effective it can be.

Texthypnosis ? You got me curious.

I would agree that a text session via instant messenger is more effective then an MP3. The audio files are good, but are not tailored to you specifically, whereas an IM session can be adapted on the fly by the hypnotist. I generally prefer IM due to its stronger capabilities.
