Turn mind off?

I'm a single woman in her late thirties, living in Western Europe. I would like to find an online hypnotist/controller to try and, well, blank my mind. I have some issues concerning my fantasies and desires, and often find myself wishing I could just stop thinking. Which unfortunately I am unable to do. Hence the hypnosis.
