As a subject .. I blank out. Listening to those favourite recordings. I've been hypnotised and realised it was a slow process. I changed without realising it.

As a hypnotist I've jealously watched those lucky natural somnabulists respond soooo amazingly well. And had a great deal of fun.
I've also encouraged and developed trance to know its possible to improve at it.
