Need help with Blank

I have been having success listening to Blank with Binaural Effects, which I detail in a series of posts in Success Stories. I want to be able to respond to the trigger, so I can go blank without listening to the file. Will someone help me? I really want to go all the way with this.

I'm 53, which I've found to be a problem for some people.
