Hiring a tist to make me into a girl <3

Problem is, I keep on losing my motivation and desire to start doing things on my way to becoming a girl. Need a tist to make me start desiring and to continously desire to be a very feminine girl. Also to make me get myself very thin and grow my hair long and girly. Then eventually start taking hormones, talking different, etc.
Don't want any of that stuff in a fetish way. Just want to be a girl.
If any tist can do this, id pay then in money or whatever alternative.
