I was wondering how long it took to see effects when listening to this?
I have been listening to it for about 4 days at night, when I go to sleep. I usually keep it on repeat and it is still going when I wake up, but still no effects for me. Please help!

I think you may have posted this in the wrong place. If I was you I would repost in general or file help.

Try listening to it when you're awake and trancing to it.

Also, don't start off with a large sweeping effect like 'my gender will change' ... start off with something small, easy, that you might be inclined to do anyway ... the success will help reinforce the file for larger changes
