Please help me make me wet my diapers.

I feel the need to be back in diapers. I am a 35 year old male, I dress up in sissy costumes and cosplay.
I have been wearing them more and more and will continue to do so. I really would like to be incontinent
and I feel hypnosis will help me but I am looking for some more instruction and help to make this possible.

I am not a time waster and not doing this to get off, I just want to be a sissy baby. I have stopped touching myself
and will continue to do that to help everything be possible so that I can't hold my bladder.
I want to have that feeling of peeing myself uncontrollably and for that to happen during the day and night.

I would really like to have some help to get my dream! I have been a user of this site for a long time, perhaps that
is why I am still here. I hope so.
