3. any forcing per se is taken upon by the subject, meaning we discourage it but if the subject still CHOOSES this they take full responsibility(any tist with this sort of thing is expected to approach an OP) any tist doing forcing without this first happening will be banned

4. the IRC is there for most people to have fun(I say most because some people have the idea that violating rules is fun)
