Well, it would be simple to make you believe that you are taller, which means feeling confident in how tall you are, and also seeing people around you as somehow shorter then you.

As for actually growing taller, that is a bit tougher, I am not an expert on actual physical changes, but if you are still interested in the first thing I mentioned, feel free to send me a pm.
