I'm a "hart nut"

i experienced my mind as a "hart nut" which keeped me from trancing till now. All i tried failed.
So, what im looking for atm, is someone who i can trust and who is able to get me into trance and give suggestions for an easyer way to trance.
Maybe someone can help me with my probelm.
