Well, I sadly do have ADHD, so it's troublesome for me to get into "Trance".
I'm slowly getting adjusted to getting into trance.

If nothing helps, then maybe you can try to find a hypnotist in real to put you under. It was said that Milton Erickson managed even to hypnotize Asberger and ADHD clients, so with the correct technique, anyone can be hypnotized.

Tell the therapist that you want to relax better and listen to meditation and guided selfhypnosis CDs and want them to become more effective.

I made a file specifically for those with ADHD because of the numerous posts in the forum from those saying that because of ADHD they had trouble going into trance. If you have not tried it, you might want to.
