Any advice, tips please??

I'm fairly new to all this but a friend of mine has agreed to try and hypnotize me, he's also kinda new to it, he has read some things and we have both previously tried some files from here.
That is about as far as our working knowledge goes on this front, i'm really excited at the prospect but will this hinder me going under?
Also does anyone have any tips for either myself or my friend on how to go about this? I have tried to find info online but haven't been able to find much that is really helpful, though perhaps i'm looking in the wrong place.
Any advice or sites or anything would be really great, thanks very much.

Hmm... I would suggest you buy "Look Into My Eyes" by Peter Masters.

best advice i can come up with is dont try too hard. let let it happen, go with the flow. and keep a positive attitude. "It will work" "I will enjoy it"
