Saving Private Messages

Does anyone know an easy way to save private messages from WMM to a folder on a hd? My saved box and my sent box are very full and it seems the only solution I can find is either to delete them or to pull them up one at a time and save them using cut and paste which seems like it would be a real pain in the butt.

Is there any way that anyone knows to select a bunch of files at one time and move them off the server here onto a hard drive?

Or if anyone knows for sure that it can't be done and I'm wasting my time trying to figure it out please let me know that too.
