I miss the old yahoo group, a little. This forum is much more accessible, of course, and generally better.. but this is about nostalgia, after all. :)
Also, I liked the old black and blue/purple look of the site. Though this new site layout works so, so much better.

Ok this sounds bad, but I miss our resident assholes like Sk/hypnotismsucks, masterhypnotis and mortal. Although they were incredibly rude and offensive, it's like they gave me something to look forward to like, "I wonder what those dirtbags have written about us now?" Ok, flame away guys, lol! :lol:

I miss Crystal Pepsi...no not really. I didn't become involved much until after the move to the new site, so I can't say I miss much of the old site. Though I have to admitt that I miss EMG being an Extremely Mysterious Guy :twisted:, but him becoming more personal is interesting as well.

i love these forums much easier than yahoo stuff and EMG has control of what he can do with the forums and the site and does not have to go with yahoo's terms of service so he has more say so of what he can and cannot add etc....

I agree. Yahoo's terms of service seem to be tailored to whoever threatens to sue them next. First, it was the French government, who didn't like the sale of Nazi memorabilia on an American site. The latest was a threatened suit on child pornography. Yahoo closed all their chat rooms about ten days ago to check for child porn. Many may still be closed.

What do I miss?

The Old Days when most 'Net users were students and almost everything was free.
