I need cheering up

So recently I got angry at Outkast and said a few things to him and I'm all over the place angry sad everything (he's probably just as angry as I am after all I've pretty much left him now), any good files to calm someone down, maybe even forget a person?

I guess I will, it's just I've tried and now the only thing that genuinely makes me happy is with my subs or masters now master, I would go out and do stuff with people, but I wouldn't make a post like this if I hadn't already tried doing other stuff, the things I usually do aren't anything special nor do they make me all that happy because I'm trying my best and I don't want to do anything or talk to anyone because all it does is piss me off even more, usually I don't rant about stuff like this and try to stay calm, but not anymore I'm done being all sweet kind easygoing submissive and right now I'm not in the mood, so please don't irritate me any more then I already am

It wasn't your fault, I'm an emotional wreck right now and I just took what you said the wrong way, I just get really sensitive when I'm upset, I'd really like to just talk to you for awhile, if you wouldn't mind that
