At some point I've been interested in turning myself into exactly what you ask about. After a short time I've lost that desire, but what I'd use were Feminine Conditioning, Girling Up and Teeny Weenie (not really feminizing, just shrinking your dick). If you want some fun, the sissy boy training series by Sarnoga is also good. I think it implants some ideas and makes you perceive them as arousing, although I might be wrong.
