ON profile pages, there is a section for a list of fans, how do you show an author you are a fan and appear there?

this is still a mystery

Go to a file they've posted, and look for a star right by their name - click it, it'll turn red, and you'll now be a "fan" of theirs.

Well, who would have thought of that...
