I myself am a casual once a month player, but I have a blast when playing. Also all the induction training I've been doing has paid off now that I can manually trigger a light trance while playing, really helps with my accuracy lol XD

The last thing I want to be in a firefight is in a trance.

I needed that laugh, thanks WME3.

I've actually played around with this in videogames, a bit. With a DMR- or sniper-style gun, I was headshotting reliably and rapidly, and was able to play a decent amount better than trying to "force" accuracy. The thing here is that when you relax and go into trance, it allows your subconscious to come to the surface and influence your body's movements, make high-stress decisions and whatnot. This is verrrrry related to the "in the zone" feeling when sports players really get into the game. I'd love to explore it a bit more, perhaps a file is in order.

There is a file called In The Zone on the companion site www.Hypno-Files.com

This is the file's description:

• Name: In The Zone Additional Types: Body
Description: This file will help people to get "in the zone" when it comes to sports or work. "The Zone" is where you sort of go into a light trance, focussed entirely upon what you are doing. When in "The Zone", you perform exceedingly well. It installs a trigger, "get in the zone", but also allows direct willpower entry.
