Anyone know of any 'control' programs?

I like being controlled, but I don't have much of an outlet for that. Does anyone know of any 'control' programs? For example--and this is just one I thought up--a program that takes control of your computer at regular intervals and forces you to watch porn or something. I'd make it myself, but I have totally no programming experience.
Too bad none of the files on this site seem to be working for me; I think I just don't have the type of mind required to be hypnotized. And so, I need something more DEFINITE--physical, you know? 8O
