There are ways to hypnotize animals that resemble inductions and trances but because of the way their brains work they can't be given suggestions. It's much easier to just train animals using treats and punishment.

I JUST FIGURED OUT WHO MELODY IS !!!!!!! ANYONE EVER WATCHED ED,EDD,& EDDY ??? MELODY IS "ED" THE ONE WHO LOVES CHICKENS. HEHEHEHE

On some. Rabbits are easy to trance. Just flip them on their back and pet their face and chest. It's incredibly pointless though, aside from seeing how long you can get a rabbit to remain frozen in place...

But the bigger issue, hypnosis and trance aren't the same thing.
