Diaper Dependence

Has anyone used the files diaper dependence 3 and 4 independently and achieved the results desired? Or do they absolutely have to be used in chronological order?

I found they work very well , even without extensive listening of 1 and 2.

I listened to the opener of 1 but then just read through 1 and 2 and acknowledged I was already “there” and that those files had already fully affected me . (Like, I don’t need to learn step 2 if I’m already mastering step 3).

I really like these files. Be sure you want the changes, because the more you listen the more you might find you don’t even want to have control anymore.
