Accidents

I have been listening to the TrigIncontinence file for a while now, I have noticed that whenever I 'revert to normal' I can still sometmes have an accident anything up to roughly an hour after reverting to normal. After that I'm fine. Is there anyway to stop this or will I be afflicted with this as long as I listen to the file ?
