No, you do not. You might want to be careful though, because some of the suggestions are pretty powerful. For instance, you might actually wet your pants when you're say, washing the dishes, even if you aren't wearing a diaper.

I used GoldWave to put the bodies of TD1 and TD2 together between the induction and wakeup. Worked great! I love wearing diapers and wet uncontrollably when I'm in them. No more shame, no more freeze-up. It feels so good not to have to hold my bladder at all and just dribble all the time.

It took some work to learn to judge when I was about to leak, and I often have accidents now when I wash the dishes even when I'm not in d, so make sure you're up for it.
