This file is terrible. It doesn't reference incontinence a single time, and whats more, you seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of what incontinence really means. It doesn't mean giving yourselves laxatives every day, which is really unhealthy by the way, and it certainly isn't limited to bowel incontinence for that matter.
