To All,
i am Really, Really in need of a Great Hypno tape to make me TOTALLY incont of both bladder AND bowels,having to wear diapers, WITHOUT the need to be a baby. i would like to be me as i am, EXCEPT be Totally Incontinant 24/7/365. Have tried many of these files with little or no effect after weeks and months of use. i am totally commited to this idea of life, i am 48y.o. and would like to have a VERY good reason to wear diapers all the time. To be TOTALLY Incontinant of both bladder and bowels.....

You could try sarnoga diaper dependence 1-4 i have herd from a good amount of people that works the best cause it breaks it down and you end up incotinence. Good luck

Yes, I was just about to recommend Sarnoga's four part series in conjunction with the 12 month plan. You have to be patient and you have to want it. It worked for me.
