hi i was wondering if there was a way to make the body/mind think im wearing a diaper without buy some ? home made diaper

sure a large towel folded correctly works great
try the angel wing fold aka basic fold found here http://www.nextgenerationbaby.com/f/How_To_Fold_A_Diaper.pdf
be sure to make a cover out of plastic bag
btw a towel is 48"x38" should be big enough.
