Make me Incontinent(fully)

hi, i'm a dl, incontinent wannabe looking to loose all control of my bladder and bowel(permanently), I've been on this site for quite a while now and haven't had any long lasting success with my bladder, where as I've have 0% success with my bowels, I would rather help from a female but at this stage I'm very desperate to become incontinent and willing to accept help from anyone offering, i have skype amogst other things that I can use to do sessions...Please Help

Do you wear diapers 24/7?
Do you use your diapers for both bladder and bowel elimination?
Do you live as an incontinent person?
Who knows that you are already incontinent?

I might be totally off base about this as I never tried it, but wouldn't your control gradually slip anyways if you wore and used 24/7 without any effort on holding back the urges? I would think given enough time, like 6 months or something, your bladder would weaken to the point that you would start to loose all control. Ofcourse the files her will help, but why rush this wonderful process?

it does sorta slip away but not fully, besides i want to need my nappies, not just wear/use em

You are doing great. Take advantage of Saronga, MM, or Mister_Marmalade in addition to wearing and using your diapers 24/7. That means no time out of diapers except to change, bathe and an occasional airing. As your bladder shrinks and you adjust to the comfort and security of being in your diapers you will grow to need them.
It sounds like you already need them on a very important level. Your expressed need for them will enable your body to respond to this great desire.
Do you have someone in your life who will encourage you to stay diapered-even when inconvenient-because you already need your diapers?
Remember, you will have occasional leaks, you will find yourself needing to change in less than private spaces, and you will be comfortable no matter what because you have chosen life in diapers.

Thank you, but I want to need them because I'm incontinent not be incontinent because of them...and unfortunately I've no one to coach me on with my journey towards incontinence also public changes are no problem for me...I already change in the schools "disabled" bathroom (a room with an adult sized changing table)

Some of the folks here will do a file by request for you and some will do private sessions over the phone.

For me, it was being patient and letting it happen combined with some of the files here.
