For those of you that now wet uncontrollably, what does the feeling leading up to uncontrollable urine release feel like? Does it feel somewhat like an orgasm?

I wish I could give you a first person account of an uncontrollable release, but alas, I am not yet incontinent. I'm working on it though! So hopefully someday soon I'll be able to tell you all about it.

To me it feels like an extended orgasm.....deep pleasure....from both the warm, wet feelings and also knowing that I have been so deeply programmed to do that.
