Hello

I'm searching for a good file / files that will make me / train wetting without thinking just like a curse , i dont have diapers and unfortunatelly i dont know if i can buy because i live with my parents but for a start i want to the best file that will make me wet myself whatever i wear i mean my pants , whats the best file i could use ?

Whichever file is the most appealing to you is probably the best one. Once you pick a file, listen to it often - doesn't have to be daily, but enough you can easily repeat parts of it.

In the meantime, get in the habit of staying well-hydrated (1 glass of water every hour), and not putting off going to the bathroom.
