Does Diaper Delights require you to wear a diaper during the hypno file? I hope it doesn't since it requires more setup for me to get diapered for a hypno session. Though I guess that won't be a problem if the file does what it is suppose to do.

Yes, the Diaper Delights file requires you wear a diaper. The file is based around what wearing a diaper feels like and how good it is to wear them.

Ok thanks. Does it straight up plant direct conditioning to wear 24/7, or does it just make wearing diapers feel good so you'll naturally wear them more?

There are some suggestions that plant wanting to wear diapers all the time. It is set up to make you feel safe,comfortable and pleasurable in diapers, which would make you want to wear them all the time and make them your preferable choice of underwear. There is also a section about wetting your diapers if that is something you want (it is phrased as a choice).
