Hollow sounds and incon

I was looking at a toy and unfortunately can't find the link now, but it got me curious. It was a hollow sound that is made to stay inside the urethra with, basically a metal cock ring, and the sound was hollow. I didn't think much of it, but it was called the princess, so it made me wonder.

DOES USING A HOLLOW SOUND CAUSE BLADDER INCONTINANCE?

Not unless it passes through the bladder sphincter. It would have to be incredibly long to do that, so the short answer is "no". It could very well make control slightly more challenging, but not impossible by any means.

That's what I thought. It was just the princess name that has me thinking, maybe sounds do something I don't know about.
