How Long Does Diaper Retraining Take?

Hi all,

EMG's Safe Bladder/Bowel Loss MP3 is exactly what I'm looking for (basically Sarnoga's diaper does it file without the curse), but I'm wondering how long it takes to kick in.

I had it on a loop all night last night while I slept, but still couldn't involuntarily urinate or defecate into a diaper. A few years ago I listened to another Sarnoga file and it was instant, so I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong here.
